Headquartered in West Los Angeles, California, our goal is to alleviate the nursing shortage by providing
'after shift' support groups within hospitals and support groups in nursing schools. In June 2010, the House of Delegates
of the American Nursing Association passed a resolution supporting the need for assistance for workplace bullying. 'After
shift' support groups address workplace aggressiveness. Support groups lower stress, provide assertive skills, help
retain nurse employees, and build collaborative relationships. Support groups utilized in nursing schools lower attrition
rates, improve teacher-student relationships, and foster excellence in patient care. Our firm is innovative and includes
pilot studies to facilitate further progress towards providing support groups as a permanent place at work and at
nursing colleges.
